The menus in this section can be adapted to suit your requirements and they are simply a guide for your convenience. Special dietary dishes are available upon request.
We would like to help you make the perfect start to your wedding preparations. To allow our staff to give you their undivided attention, we would appreciate you making an appointment, at which stage we will discuss your wedding reception in detail and give you a tour of our facilities.
As you may know “The Abbey Hotel” is one of the busiest hotels in the North West for weddings, with this in mind we would advise booking your date in one of our two beautiful banqueting suites as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
On Arrival
You may wish us to provide a Get Together Drinks Reception for your guests as they await your arrival to the Hotel. This reception comprises of a selection of drinks chosen to suit your requirements. As the selection and combination of drinks is so varied this would have to be priced at time of booking. Once agin, our staff would be delighted to assist you in your choice.
Evening Buffet
Options available for your evening guests are as follows:• Tea/Coffee

Wine & Champagne
Should you wish to provide wine for your guests during the meal or champagne for a toast, our staff will once again, be happy to help with your selection, at terrific keen rates.
